1. Who we are

This website is operated by Primeway Services, a company registered in France (Code NAF 58.29C), with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France ("Primeway Services", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. Data we collect

Information you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, billing address, country and any project notes you submit through the checkout, custom project or contact forms.

Order information: the services you request, quantities, selected currency, order reference and the date of the request.

Technical information: browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through essential cookies and, only with your consent, analytics cookies.

We do not knowingly collect special category data and ask that you do not include it in project notes.

3. How we use your data

To respond to enquiries, prepare scope confirmations, quotes and invoices, and deliver the services you order (legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract).

To keep business, tax and accounting records (legal basis: legal obligation).

To secure the website, prevent fraud and improve our services (legal basis: legitimate interests).

To measure site usage with analytics cookies (legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal effects on you.

4. Sharing your data

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business — for example hosting, email, payment and accounting providers — under written agreements that require them to protect it.

We may disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business.

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Order, contract and invoice records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by French law. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 26 months.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we act promptly on any suspected breach and will notify you and the ICO where required.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
